As a master communicator, you'll spend your days effortlessly managing incoming phone calls, creating efficient schedules for our expert technicians, and even sprinkling a bit of your magic to handle backflow testing reporting.
You're the driving force that turns plumbing challenges into smoothly executed solutions.
And as the cherry on top, you're the soothing voice our customers rely on, providing them with updates, solutions, and support that makes their day a whole lot brighter.
THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:
Customer service and professional phone experience
Experience using a CRM such as ServiceTitan
Excellent computer skills
Proper phone etiquette
Valid driver's license
WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION:
You'll be based in the heart of Shawnee, KS, where you'll enjoy a dynamic full-time schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Tuesdays: 7:30am – 4:30 pm
Every other Saturday: 8:00am – 4:30 pm
